Weldall Client with SeibertGPT
Desktop app by Seibert Group – sign in with SeibertGPT and get started, no key to copy.
1. Prerequisites
You need a SeibertGPT plan or the free pass. The app creates its API key itself when you sign in.
2. Download for Linux
- Only for Linux on x64.
3. Set up
Sign in in the app
Open Weldall Client and click “Sign in with SeibertGPT”. Your browser opens SeibertGPT.
Confirm in the browser
Sign in to SeibertGPT if needed and click “Connect”. SeibertGPT creates a dedicated API key and hands it straight to the app – you copy nothing.
Manage the key
The key is named “Weldall Client” plus your device name and is listed under Account → API keys. You can revoke it there at any time.
4. Test
Type “Hello, who are you?” – an answer arrives within a few seconds.
5. Troubleshooting
“Weldall Client needs a plan”
Book a plan or claim the free pass, then start the sign-in in the app again.
“Key limit reached”
The app uses one key slot of your plan. Revoke a key you no longer need under Account → API keys and start the sign-in again.
The app gets stuck after “Connect”
The approval is only valid briefly. Start the sign-in in the app again.
HTTP 403 – IP binding
Your key is currently bound to a different IP (e.g. another device). Wait for the lock period to expire or release the binding under Account → API keys.
HTTP 413 – cold_request_too_large
A new or long-paused session starts with a lot of context. Start a new session or shorten the history.
“Hinweis von SeibertGPT: Der Kontext ist zu … gefüllt” (German context notice)
You're approaching your plan's context limit. Summarize the history (e.g. /compact) or start over.
